If payment has already been made for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the applicable amount.

Any delivery dates or timeframes provided are estimates. While we will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the stated timeframe, delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
