Made-to-order pieces require additional production time. If this applies to your order, we'll notify you via email.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro cities: 2-5 business days
Regional areas: 3-7 business days
Remote locations: 5-10 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier first.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date and we'll do our best to assist.
