RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Mudslingers, each piece is individually handcrafted, which means no two pieces are exactly the same. Subtle variations in glaze, shape and size are part of its charm.

If a piece has been shipped to you, it has met our quality standards.

Because our pieces are handmade and produced in limited quantities, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition.

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us at itsthemudslingers@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement.

A product is considered damaged if it arrives chipped, cracked, or broken.

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED DAMAGED?

Because every ceramic piece is handmade, the following are not considered defects:

Slight variations in colour or glaze
Small pinholes or speckles in the glaze
Minor differences in dimensions
Texture variations
Small handcrafted imperfections
Variations between product photographs and the finished piece due to lighting, screen settings and the handmade process

These characteristics are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade ceramics.
